Heard Mr. Arunendra Nath Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to considering the representation dated 20/08/2025 of the petitioner regarding payment of the pending salary/honorarium from October, 2024 to October, 2025 of the petitioner, contained as ANNEXURE No.01 to this writ petition. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to give petitioner's pending honorarium/salary from October, 2024 to October, 2025 as arrear along with interest, as soon as possible. iii. Any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper looking into the facts and circumstances or the case." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, District Unnao/District Program Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arunendra Nath Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Akbal Khaliq .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Gram Vikas Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Coordinator(MGNREGA), is hereby directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025, within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
