The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent - Authorities to make an entry in the RTC as Non-Agricultural Kharab (NAK) and remove the name of the petitioner in the RTC Extract. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the land in question has been converted on the request of the petitioner and, therefore, corresponding entries are required to be made in the revenue records. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11360 WP No. 5727 of 2025 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of three months. 4. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the Thasildar / Assistant Director of Land Records to take necessary action to make the necessary entries in the revenue records relating to the conversion of the land indicating NAK in the RTC within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
