Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents and Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel appears on behalf of the opposite parties no.2 & 3. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "a) Issue a writ or Mandamus directing Respondent no. 3 to modify and re-issue a corrected Recovery Certificate in favour of the Petitioner for the period 01.01.2019 till actual date of recovery. b) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing Respondent no.2 & 3 to disburse the deficit recovery certificate dated 10.12.2018 amount in the interest of natural justice." 3. It seems that the petitioner has moved a rectification/ modification application for issuance of a corrected Recovery Certificate by the respondent no.3, which is pending till date, hence this writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.2 & 3, on the basis of instructions, says that the application is listed on 14.11.2025.
