In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 04.05.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 0064 of 2025, under Sections 351(3), 352, 318(4), 316(2) of BNS, Police Station Husainganj, District Lucknow. 4. Ms. Meera Tripathi, learned A.G.A has provided a copy of the instructions letter dated 13.10.2025, the same is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed. In view of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and, therefore, the present writ petition is consigned to record. 6. However, it is needless to say that any aggrieved person from the charge-sheet may take appropriate recourse before the appropriate court of law.
