Instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "I. Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the opp. parties to grant trained grade to the petitioner w.e.f. 17.07.1998 from the date of issue of marksheet of Moallim-e-Urdu of 1997 of Jamia Urdu, Aligarh in view of judgment dated 25.3.2019 passed by the division bench in Special Appeal No. 1014/2006 with all consequential service benefits." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 3.9.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
