The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 53 of 2024 arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 304 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii), 20(b), 22, 27(a), 8(a) of the NDPS Act. 3. 7.406 Kg of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2024. 4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
