Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/writ petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Nayak, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent. This interlocutory application had been filed by the applicant/writ petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 02.08.2025 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, GMDA by which the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued earlier to the petitioner with regard to the sale of the plot of land in issue, from Mr. Dipak Kumar Barooah to the husband of the petitioner had Page No.# 3/3 been cancelled until further orders. By order dated 14.10.2025, the parent writ petition being WP(C)/4081/2023 has been disposed of. In view of the disposal of the aforesaid writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this interlocutory application. It is however clarified that in the event the applicant/writ petitioner or her husband files a requisition for a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC), the same shall be considered by the respondent authorities without being affected by the order passed in WP(C)/4081/2023, and the application shall be considered on its own merits.
