Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sessions Trial No.282/2025 arising out of Tundi P.S..Case No. 04/2025, for the offence under sections 103, 61(2),3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge -X-cum- FTC Crime Against Women-cum-Spl Judge Anti Corruption Bureau, Dhanbad. Wife of the petitioner was found hanging in her matrimonial home. An unnatural death case was registered. Later on, the statement of the son of the informant was recorded in which he has stated that the petitioner had hanged his mother. Accordingly, present case was instituted. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submits that there is delay of four months in lodging of this case. It was further submitted that apart from ligature mark no other injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Learned lawyer for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -X-cum-FTC Crime Against Women-cum-Spl Judge Anti Corruption Bureau, Dhanbad in connection with Sessions Trial No.282/2025 arising out of Tundi P.S..Case No. 04/2025.
