Shivani Vs. Akash Pandey and others), P.S. Gauriganj, District Amethi for offence under Section 125 Cr.P.C, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Sultanpur and (iii) Criminal Case No. 78 of 2022 (Smt. Shivani Vs. Akash Pandey and others), P.S. Gauriganj, District Amethi for offence under Section 12 Domestic Violence Act, which is pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court for offences against Domestic Violence Act, District Sultanpur. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petitions.
