Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 14.10.2025 received from Ms. Minakshi Pandey, Station House Officer, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Pratapgarh, submits that F.I.R. has been lodged in this case on 13.10.2025 vide Case Crime No.209/2025, under Sections 318(4), 351(2), 316(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Pratapgarh on the complaint of the petitioner. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. In view of above, this petition is misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
