The petitioner has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the trial court to decide Execution Case no.1680 of 2023 (Smt. Kirti Mandhyan vs. Bhaskar Mandhyan) under Section 128 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner in compliance of final order dated 27.2.2023 on the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., expeditiously within a stipulated time period. 3. The aforesaid execution case of the petitioner is pending since 27.2.2023 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid execution case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid execution case, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties. 5.
