He further submitted that this Court has dismissed the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025. 3. Considering the facts, nature of offence and the fact that this Court has dismissed the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025 and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
