The Court made the following: JUDGMENT :- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
This Contempt Case was filed alleging the wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.07.2023, passed in W.P.No.5450 of 2019. 2.
Sri K. Varun Syam Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, submits that pursuant to the order of the writ Court dated 11.07.2023, the 3rd respondent – The Commissioner (Printing & Stationery), Vijayawada, has taken necessary action in the petitioner’s case, vide proceedings bearing Lr.No.125/A2/2024, dated 12.09.2024, which indicate compliance with the directions issued by the writ Court. The petitioner has been sanctioned arrears for the period specified in the said proceedings, and his pay has also been regulated, subject to certain conditions. 3. Sri Md. Sharfuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the above and submits that, pursuant to the said proceedings, the amount due has been disbursed to the petitioner. He further confirms that the order passed by the writ Court has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, though there has been some delay in compliance with the order of the writ Court, the delay is condoned. Consequently, the Contempt Case is closed, and the notice issued to the

respondents stands discharged. A copy of the aforesaid proceedings as produced before this Court, is taken on record. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ____________________ RAVI NATH TILHARI, J
