It is admitted by Shri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 that the services of the petitioner were terminated without adhering to the principles of natural justice. The matter is remitted to the respondent No.4-Secretary, Committee of Management, Bahuuddeshiya Prathmik Gramin Sahkari Samiti (B-PACCS) Limited, Chitaihara, Block Dadri, District-Gautam Budh Nagar with the following directions: I. The respondent No.4 shall proceed in accordance with law and adopt the procedure consistent with the principles of natural justice for taking appropriate action as per law. 2. The exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings initiated by the respondent No.4 pursuant to this order. The writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
