Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that more than eight years have passed after petitioner’s having filed application dated 16.2.2017 (Annexure P-1) for appointment on compassionate grounds, but till date, same has not been considered, as a result thereof, petitioner as well as his family is compelled to live life in utter penury.
2.
Averments contained in the petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, reveal that father of the petitioner died in harness on 18.5.2015 and on 16.2.2017, petitioner applied for employment on compassionate grounds. Though case of the petitioner was recommended by Head of the Department of Veg. Science and Floriculture dated 29.6.2022, but till date, no final decision has been
