(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 not to harass and interfere in peaceful life of the petitioners". 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Sri Yogesh Kumar, Sub-inspector, police station Gola, district Kheri submits that the petitioners have solemnized their marriage on their own will and volition and it has been informed by her family members that they have no information regarding the residence of the petitioners and any other information. He also submits that there is no F.I.R. against the petitioners, therefore, question of any harassment by the police does not arise and the prayer made in this petition is misconceived.
