Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. Petitioners are aggrieved against the order(s) dated 03.01.2025 passed by Comissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Region, Banda, whereby their respective applications seeking stay of the operation of the externment order dated 6th December, 2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Mahoba and challenged through statutory appeal(s) has been declined. Heard learned counsel for the parties. A perusal of the order dated 3.1.2025 reveals that while declining the interim relief of stay, the appeal was fixed for hearing on 17th January, 2025, which according to the learned counsel is still pending adjudication. There is nothing on record to indicate that the delay in adjudication of main appeal is not attributed to the petitioners. That apart, considering the limited challenge in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction, as alternatively the petitioners can press their main appeal before the appellate authority.
