Sri Gopal Tiwari, learned Advocate was requested to assist the Court and was appointed as an amicus curiae to assist the court on behalf of the applicant. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.93 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Singahi, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 4. In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years was enticed by the applicant. 5. Learned A.G.A. informs that none of the witnesses has been examined and, the applicant and the victim have already married. 6. Considering the abovesaid submission and the fact that the applicant and the victim have married which is evident from the supplementary affidavit dated 12.02.2024, the interim bail granted to the applicant on 09.11.2023 is confirmed till conclusion of trail on the same terms and conditions. 7. The applicant need not to furnish fresh sureties.
