3. This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused challenging his conviction and sentence imposed by the Trial Court for the offences punishable under Section 138 of N.I Act, 1881 which is confirmed by the Sessions Court

by dismissing the appeal filed by him. Since, the petitioner is not prosecuting the petition, it is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. The Trial Court is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
