Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Sri Vijay Kumar Tiwari appears for the informant. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.FIR No. 102 of 2025, under sections 105 BNS, P.S. Itiyathok, District Gonda. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegations were enlarged on bail vide separate orders dated 13.11.2025. 4. Considering the allegation against the applicant to be similar and the fact that the applicant has no criminal history and is in custody since 22.05.2025, he is also entitled for the bail on the ground of parity. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
