Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's joining in pursuance of appointment letter/order dated 10th July, 2025 on compassionate basis and other concomitant prayer has also been made. 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 5 i.e. District Commandant, Home Guards, Lakhimpur Kheri or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in the light of order dated 10th July, 2025 in case the same is still subsisting within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
