Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 have failed to take action for removal of unauthorized encroachments made by the 5th respondent on the Road & Buildings (R&B) land and public drain situated at Addateegala to Y. Ramavaram Road, Chavitidibbalu Village, Y. Ramavaram Mandal, Alluri Sitarama Raju District, despite representations submitted by the petitioner dated 25.12.2024 and 06.01.2025. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed written instructions issued by the Tahsildar, Y.Ramavaram, dated 08.05.2025, wherein it is stated that the petitioner submitted a complaint on 25.12.2024 alleging unauthorized constructions by the 5th respondent over Government/R&B land and public drains, which were causing inconvenience to the public. Pursuant to the said complaint and a subsequent representation dated 06.01.2025, notices were issued to the 5th respondent directing removal of such illegal encroachments. It is further submitted that upon inspection, the 4th respondent—Tahsildar, Y. Ramavaram—confirmed that the 5th respondent had indeed encroached upon Government R&B land and public drains and had undertaken unauthorized constructions. A report to this effect was also submitted by the Village Revenue Officer, Chavitidibbalu. 4 5. In light of the above facts and submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to proceed further, pursuant to the notices already issued on 06.01.2025, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law for removal of unauthorized constructions, if any, and to protect the Government/R&B land and public drain. If occupied by the respondent No.5, such action shall be completed within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
