Also heard Ms. Debalina Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. This is an application filed by the applicants under Chapter VIII of the Tripura High Court Rules, 2023 for extension of time for conveying the final decision/implementation of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.50 of 2025. Mr. Majumder, learned Dy. SGI appearing for the applicants has submitted that due to administrative exigencies, the order of this Court has not been complied with, though it is in process. For the reason stated above, learned Dy. SGI has sought for 3(three) months’ time to take final decision in the matter of implementation of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court. Ms. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, however, has submitted that 3(three) months’ time is too long and it should be 2(two) months. Considering the submission of Ms. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the respondent, 2(two) months time is allowed to the applicants to take final decision and for implementation of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court.
