[2] On perusal of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 210 of 2024, this Court is of the view that the direction given by this Court to the respondents is that the respondents may consider the case of the petitioners, who are Ex- Members of the Thoubal Municipal Council, as Caretaker Ward Members for a period of 6 (six) months or till completion of election whichever is earlier. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court, the authorities have considered the cases of the petitioners and passed an order dated 29.05.2025, thereby declining to let the petitioners continue as Caretaker Ward Members.
