At this stage, Mr. Johal, submits that the case is pending before the learned 1st Additional Munsiff (Forest Magistrate), Jammu since four years and no effective proceedings have taken place and accordingly he has requested this Court for expeditious trial so that the rights of both the parties are adjudicated at the earliest, 03.
