The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is in respect of correctness of the joint measurement of Survey no.45/1 of Mouza Vinchori, Taluka Tiosa, District Amravati which was carried out by the Officers of the respondent no.6 and not by the Superintendent of Land Records. 2. Now, the respondent nos.6 and 7 have come up with a statement on affidavit that they are ready to carry out joint measurement under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Amravati. 3. The said statement is sufficient to presently conclude that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Needless to mention that while carrying out joint measurement, the grievance of the petitioner shall be taken into consideration to avoid further litigation. 4. In case, the respondent nos.6 and 7 are found to be in possession of excess land than the area of land mentioned in the sale-deed, the respondent nos.6 and 7 to take steps for paying compensation to the petitioner for such excess land.
