Heard. The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances as stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned Charge Sheet No. 205/2025 dated 15.08.2025, under sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., filed in Criminal Case No. 1106/2025 "State of U.P. vs. Anita Trivedi", arising out of First Information Report No. 0098/2024, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. at Police Station Bihar, District- Unnao, lodged by the complainant/ opposite party no. 2 on 20.04.2024 as well as impugned Cognizance and Summoning order dated 28.08.2025 and impugned Bailable Warrant dated 15.09.2025, passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Purwa, District- Unnao through which the learned trial court has summoned to the petitioner no. 1, under sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 1.P.C. and petitioner no. 2, under sections under sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C.", in the interest of justice. Certified copies of the impugned charge sheet dated 15.08.2025 as well as impugned Cognizance and Summoning order dated 28.08.2025 and impugned Bailable Warrant dated 15.09.2025, passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Purwa, District- Unnao are being collectively annexed herewith as ANNEXURE NO. 1, 2 & 3." Sri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the side opposite stated that in the instant case criminal history of applicant has not not been explained. On being confronted, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh with proper Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rakesh Kumar Singh, Krishan Bhushan Tripathi, Pankaj Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
