Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 & 2 and Sri Ashish Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties states that subsequent to loding of the First Information Report dated 08.10.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0211 of 2025 under Sections 191 (2), 115 (2) of B.N.S, 2023 at Police Station- Aliganj District- Lucknow, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition , the petitioners no. 1 & 2 and the respondent no. 3 have decided to settle the matter amicable amongst themselves. In this regard, the have entered into a compromise on 16.10.2025, a copy of which is annexure 2 to the writ petition. He further states that the compromise of the petitioners no. 1 & 2 and the respondent no. 3 has been verified by the learned Senior Registrar of this Court vide report dated 07.11.2025. However, perusal of the First Information Report would indicate that the same has been lodged against seven accused persons while it is only two accused who have decided to settle the matter amicably with the complainant namely Sri Swapnil Srivastava @ Raghav Lal and Kuldeep. Considering the aforesaid, the impugned First Information Report dated 08.10.2025 is quashed so far as it pertains to the Sri Swapnil Srivastava @ Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Gaurav Mishra, Jainendra Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
