The applicant was enlarged on interim anticipatory bail on 03.06.2025. There is no material on record to demonstrate that the applicant has misused the said liberty. 5. In view thereof, order dated 03.06.2025 is made absolute. 6. The applicant namely Ram Abhilakh Rajaram Patel @ Ram Abhilash Patel is released on anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03.06.2025. 7. Present anticipatory bail application stands allowed in above terms.
