Learned counsel Sri Yogesh Naik appearing for the said Authority submits that the proposal for change in land use would require the proposal to be forwarded through respondent No.3 - Bengaluru Metropolitan Region Development Authority (for short "BMRDA") to the Government and for such purpose though the Authority has taken a decision to forward the proposal, unless the authenticated documents by way of notarization in three sets are submitted, the proposal cannot be forwarded through the BMRDA to the Government. 4. Noticing such stand, it is necessary to pass appropriate directions to the respondents. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the notarized copies as sought for by virtue of - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:16194 WP No. 5724 of 2025 endorsement dated 03.12.2024 would be furnished within two weeks from today. 6. Once the documents are filed and are found to be in order, respondent No.2 to forward the proposal to respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7. Upon such proposal being sent to respondent No.3, respondent No.3 to take appropriate action expeditiously as is permissible in law. In light of the same, petition is disposed off.
