No. 4802/2024, wherein, she was arrested on 17.08.2024 and is in custody since then. 3) Mr. A Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the meanwhile, police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 247/2024 on 30.01.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 02/2025. 4) In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for her regular bail in said Gorchuk P.S.
