Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.189 of 2019 under sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, and section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, P.S. Mawai, District Ayodhya. 3. It is argued that the applicant was earlier granted bail by this court vide order dated 20.03.2024. Subsequently, the applicant could not appear in the trial as the counsel did not inform the exact date. 4. Considering the fact that the applicant was earlier granted bail and he undertakes to cooperate with the trial, the applicant is entitled to bail. 5. Let the applicant Suryabhan @ Suraj @ Surajpal be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing two fresh surety of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Prince Verma, Puttu Lal Misra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
