Learned counsel for the respondent time and again representing that the order of this Court has been complied with. The matter is adjourned to 28.04.2026 for getting instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 28.04.2026 and the matter is again posted to today for getting instructions. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In view of the compliance reported by the learned counsel for the respondent by furnishing written instructions, this Court finds that the order of this Court is complied with. As such, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
