Heard Shri Raj Karan Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Saryu Prasad Tiwari, the learned counsel for the respondent-University. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the to the University for providing provisional certificate, Degree, Mark Sheets of all four semesters of M.Sc. Computer Science Examination of the petitioner. 3. On the basis of written instructions, the learned counsel for the respondent- University submits that the original mark sheet of fourth semester examination has already been sent to the petitioner and in case the petitioner applies for issuance of a provisional certificate and mark-sheets of I, II and III semesters or migration certificate and character certificate after paying the requisite fee, the University shall take appropriate action thereon. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off by leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for grant of certificates/mark sheets along with the prescribed fee and the University will take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law, expeditiously.
