None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent to press this petition on repeated calls when the case is called out. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition file by the petitioner and pass an order of restoration of the complaint case number- 1013/2009 parties being “Messer Cholamandalam DBS KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Finance Ltd. V/S Rajkumar Sahu” in the interest of justice” 3. Under such circumstance, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter any further. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition. 4. From perusal of the order sheet of the trial Court, it transpires that no interim order was passed in the present case. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
