Learned State Counsel made a statement at bar that after investigation charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 04.12.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner though does not dispute the said fact, but it is submitted by him that as yet the charge-sheet has not been submitted before the court of competent jurisdiction. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is provided that the interim order is continue till the submission of the charge-sheet before the court of competent jurisdiction. 6.
