In pursuance of directions issued earlier by this Court, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 28.11.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which computation of the pay-scale has been made by opposite parties in pursuance of directions issued by this Court in the earlier round of litigation. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions however submits that the computation as made is still incorrect. 2. In view thereof, he seeks liberty to file afresh. 3. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh to challenge the computation so made.
