Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 1. By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the execution case filed on 15.11.2021 expeditiously. 2. Learned Standing counsel has informed this Court that the petitioner had approached this Court on previous occasion by filing petition No.2214 of 2023 (Under Article 227) which was disposed of by this Court directing the competent authority to decide execution case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. 3. It is noticed that order for expediting the proceedings have already been passed by this Court vide its order dated 1.5.2023 and another petition for the same cause of action seeking the same prayer would not be maintainable. 4. In light of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. December 16, 2025 RKM.
