Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Mr. Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no. 6 and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) To issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties, particularly opposite party number 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for her Intra District Transfer / Adjustment from Uchcha Prathmik Vidyalaya Pahuri, Block Sareni, District Raebareli to Composite Vidyalaya, Churua, Block Bachhrawan, District Raebareli or in any other School in Block Bachhrawan, District Raebareli in pursuance of the Government Order / Policy dated 14.11.2025, contained as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition; ii) To issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case may also be passed; and iii) To allow this writ petition with cost." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the respondent no. 6 and he may be directed to consider & decide the same, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection to the contention aforesaid.
