This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner with a prayer for modification of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No. 3976 of 2025 to the extent that the age of the petitioner which was wrongly mentioned as 53 years, be modified as 45 years. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner drawing attention of the court to page 12 of the supplementary affidavit, which is the certified copy of the Lower Court Records therein the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 45 years as on 21.01.2025 but because of the printing error in the bail application, his age was wrongly been mentioned as 53 years , hence, it is submitted that unless the same is modified, the petitioner will be highly prejudiced. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No. 3976 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the age of the petitioner mentioned as 53 years, be treated as 45 years and this order be treated as the part of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No. 3976 of 2025. The order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No. 3976 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
