In addition to this, as in the case before the Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.K.Ilanthiraiyan, the petitioner has pleaded that the notice was not served prior to passing of the impugned order. 4. In view of the order passed in W.P. No. 7351 of 2017 dated 22.08.2024, the order impugned in this writ petition is quashed. 5. Hence, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
