By means of this petition, the petitioners pray for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass the petitioners. 4. At the very outset, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Ashok Kumar Saroj, Sub Inspector, Police Station Safipur, District Unnao that an FIR dated 25.10.2025 had been lodged against petitioner No.2. He further states that in the matter, a final report dated 27.11.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. Considering the aforesaid nothing further survives in the present petition, accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
