2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Giyas Uddin, has prayed for regular bail in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No.336/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/103(1) of BNS,
2023.
3. The present accused named above is stated to be the father-in-law of the deceased and he was arrested on 03.08.2025 and stated to be aged 65 years.
4. It is submitted by the learned prosecution on the basis of the case diary that there are implications against the husband, along with family members rather than any pointed allegation against the father-in-law.
5. Considering that aspect of the matter, the length of detention and also his age - the accused/petitioner herein is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court and subject to the following conditions that:- (i) That the accused shall render co-operation to the remaining investigation; (ii) That the accused shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.
6. This bail application stands allowed and disposed of.
