Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection against the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off by directing that the opposite party No.2 to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) and communicate the same to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
