Communication dated 18.02.2025 has been handed over to the Court in which it has been stated that the recovery certificate which is impugned in the instant writ petition has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been intimated that he has to be present before the Executive Engineer on 03.03.2025 for calculating as to what has to be finally paid by the petitioner. 3. Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. 4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5. It is provided that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the method by which the provisional assessment was made, then that can also be objected to before the Executive Engineer.
