Respondent No.3, S.H.O., Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow is directed to file his personal affidavit with regard to the active investigation made in the matter, after obtaining the Forensic Science Laboratory Report, within three weeks. He shall take all required steps to obtain the Viscera report, as Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajendra Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Ibrahim .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 31.10.2025 received from Sri Satish Rathore, Incharge Inspector, Police Station Kakori, District Commissionerate Lucknow, submits that final report dated 08.07.2024 has been forwarded in this matter, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
