Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4 respondent, at the behest of respondents 5 to 9, is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 9 and disturbing the peace of the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is forced to file the present writ petition. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon written instructions. submits that respondents 5 to 9 had submitted a representation to the Superintendent of Police, YSR Kadapa District through PGRS on rd 10.02.2025. The said representation was subsequently forwarded to the 3 respondent for necessary action, who in turn directed the 4*^ respondent to conduct an enquiry. Pursuant thereto, both parties were summoned to the th police station for a preliminary enquiry. Upon examination, the 4 respondent realized that the petitioner and respondents 5 to 9 have civil disputes. As such, both parties were advised to seek appropriate relief through adjudication before the competent civil court. The police authorities are not interfering with the civil disputes. 3 W.P. No.12373 of 2025 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. SD/- G.
