Respondent/s BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 27.08.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] The petitioner has challenged the cancellation of NIT dated 20.06.2025 issued by the Deputy Commissioner/Executive Director DRDA, Senapati. The NIT was cancelled on 09.08.2025 and fresh tender was issued on 07.08.2025 and opening of the tender bid is 30.08.2025. [3] It is submitted that the petitioner is L4 in the NIT dated 20.06.2025 and also stated that L1, L2 & L3 have given their rights. [4] However, Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that there is no document in this regard. [5] In the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to submit bid in the re-tender dated 09.08.2025. In order to facilitate the petitioner, the last date for submission is extended till 01.09.2025 and bid may be opened on 02.09.2025. [6] The earlier deposit made by the petitioner in respect to the cancelled NIT shall be valid if he submits fresh tender in the re- tender NIT.
