The respondents have filed the statement of facts in which it has been submitted that the main petition has been finally disposed of in terms of order dated 02.05.2011, as the petitioner has withdrawn the said writ petition. 3. In view of the dismissal of the main writ petition, the interim order does not survive and as such, the contempt proceedings are closed.
