The representation is submitted on 07.02.2023, three months is long over. Therefore, the petition would not survive for further consideration. 4. Above all, this Court on 11.04.2023, had passed the following order: “The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider his representation dated 07.02.2022. Sri. H.C. Shivaramu, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that his representation has been considered and rejected by an endorsement dated 23.02.2023. The petitioner seeks liberty to call in question the said endorsement. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9260 WP No. 5184 of 2023 Reserving such liberty, list this matter immediately after summer vacation - 2023.” Even as on today, there is no challenge raised to the endorsement so issued rejecting the representation. 5.
